Selahattin joined FTG Development at the end of 2024 and brings a wealth of experience to FTG with his background in construction management working mostly for principal contractors and developers in the UK and UAE.  He has a BSc in Civil Engineering, and MSc in Construction Management from the University of Leeds.

Following six years working with Balfour Beatty in the UK, he has been instrumental in the delivery of a high rise commercial building in Moscow, various five start hotels in the UAE for hotel brands such as Bvlgari, Westin, W, St Regis, Movenpick, Sheraton and Hyatt, D&B shopping centres in Libya and Turkey, ensuring the varied projects were delivered on time, on budget and to client satisfaction before coming back to the UK in 2016.

 

​Since then, he has led two Grade II listed prime residential refurbishment projects in Central London from tender to handover successfully with a principal contractor and worked for a UK based developer for a further 4 years on high end residential and private healthcare projects before joining FTG Development.
