Dom Architecta Office Development is located on the corner of Kaldayakova and Kazibekbi streets. This is a prime office development location on the main artery to the airport and surrounded by corporate offices such as Citicorp, the Italian Consulate and the Panfilov Park. The total land area of the project site is 3000m2. The development will consist of 27,000m2 office space for rent, 1,000 m2 ground floor retail space and an underground parking garage. Currently there is a two story brick building used as office space by an architectural firm on the site. The construction is expected to start in April 2007 and will last for 12 months. The marketing of the office space will start simultaneously with the construction.
