Jibek Joli Lifestyle & Shopping Complex is located at the intersection of Jibek Joly and Prospekt Mira streets in Almaty. The site is adjacent to the Arbat district. Arbat is the entertainment and shopping district of Almaty accommodating retail shops, restaurants and entertainment activities and a lot of foot traffic.

FTG Development will develop a Jibek Joli Lifestyle & Shopping Complex project that will accommodate a shopping mall, residences and three levels of parking garage. The total land area is 9,715m2. Currently there are the offices of Jibek Joli on the site. The proposed development consists of 34,628 m2 residential, 25,107 m2 retail and 30,000 m2 parking garage construction with 89,735 m2 total construction area.

There will be 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom residential units. Residential amenities include fitness center and a roof garden. The target market for the residences is upper class elite Kazakh families and businessmen. The construction is expected to start in October 2007.

The project architect is the world famous architecture firm Costas Kondylis and Partners from New York, USA.
