FTG Development is developing 80 luxurious villas on Coronation Island near Argentina at the World Dubai that is owned and being constructed by Seven Tides Corporation of Nakheel. The World involves the creation of over 300 man made islands that are designed to represent the world map. The World will be a sophisticated network of islands and Nakheel will integrate a series of waterways, canals and lakes to enhance the overall design. All 300 islands will only be accessible by marine or air transport, with world-class marinas to berth boats, yachts and cruise liners. 2 mainland marinas will service The World. 4 hub islands in The World will service the islands.

The island designated for the Group’s villa project is 122,000m2. Rixos Villas, World Dubai is offering 80 luxurious villas with private beaches, swimming pools, and a world class service for the new breed of wealthy individuals at affordable prices. Besides the 80 villas on the Coronation Island, there will also be a marina complex with restaurants, cafes, SPA facilities and other amenities provided by the Rixos World Hotel Dubai to better serve the residents of the villas.

There are a limited number of villas on Coronation Island so only the privileged will have the opportunity to own a villa here. However, if some of the villa owners are willing to let their properties to other people visiting Dubai, then through the world class services of the Rixos Hotel, those villas will be available for special guests. Either an owner or a guest will have the same services and luxury available during their stay at the villas on Coronation Island.

There will be four different types of villas to choose from at the Rixos Villas, The World Dubai. The villa sizes vary between 263 m2 and 666m2. There are two types of villas with four bedrooms, one type with three bedrooms and one type with five bedrooms. All the villas have private beaches, swimming pools, maid’s rooms, terraces and bathrooms in every bedroom. The five bedroom villa also has a home theatre, a home office and a second living room. All villas come with built-in appliances and elegant finishes.

Thanks to our Villas’ ingenious design, every one of the 80 luxurious villas has an unhindered view of the sea. From the moment you enter the villas, a sense of relaxation and feeling of sheer exhilaration begins. Each villa has its own private terrace, plunge pool, outside dining area and a 30 meter private beach.
