The proposed project Site is located at the intersection of Bayzakova and Kabanbai Batyr streets in Almaty. The total project land site is approximately 6,700 m2. Currently the site is used as a parking lot. The site is surrounded by residential developments. Although most of these developments are low rises, there are some mid and high rise buildings in the area. This location has some key features that provide real opportunities for its development such as:

  • Close proximity to the city center of Almaty,
  • Located in a mainly residential neighborhood at the intersection of two main streets,
  • Site size allows to create residential blocks and a small urban retail sub center,
  • Main road frontage for exposure and mix of uses,
  • Views to the mountain in the distance.


    • The proposed development consists of residential blocks and urban retail uses on the ground floor. The character will be a small urban sub center with residential and retail uses. The parking will be underground serving both the residential units and the retail facilities. There will be 51,000 m2 of residential, 4,950 m2 retail, and 12,000m2 parking construction with 68,000 m2 of total construction area.
